Hi Paul,
We recently used Brougham's services on a field trip up to Auckland (Wed. 14 August). I'm emailing you to let you know how impressed I was with the bus-driver – Zarna. She was friendly, professional and very approachable. She drove us safely around the city and was very flexible about drop-off and pick-up times and where to collect us from the various locations we went to. She offered to let the students watch a video on the way to the city which they really enjoyed. The bus was also very clean and comfortable.
I would happily recommend Zarna as a bus driver on future trips. I hope she drives for us again!

Good Morning Brougham Buses
I would just like to commend one of your lady drivers that picked us up in Albert Street and took us to Albany Bus Station after the Cricket at Eden Park on Friday night.
Not only was she an excellent driver, she was friendly, courteous and helpful with a delightful sense of humour.
To describe her so you know how to identify her and I hope, pass this message on, she had dark complexion, neatly dressed with her long hair done up in a neat little twist.
She is the kind of person who brings a business a good reputation. Both my husband and I felt we had met someone very special and worthy of praise.

Huge shout out to Brougham buses who are not only promoting our event on the back of Auckland East route buses but are providing a minibus for our Band. We simply cannot put on this event without the generous support of owner operator business's like this. It's funny how it is these people and not the big national brands - who put up their hand. The logistics alone in providing for our international performers and VIPS is massive. So if you have company functions coming up, social club outings, reviewing bus contracts, or simply need to hire a minibus - YOU KNOW WHO TO CALL. Please support those who support our event. This company is truly "giving back to the community" and walk the talk.

Hi Paul,
Just wanted to pass on some good feedback from yesterday. I was unlucky enough to be caught at Papakura train station yesterday and ended up on bus #19 (BLZ218) to get back to Pukekohe. The driver did a great job with a full standing load and made the journey very smooth considering SH22 isn't the best of roads in the first place and then through the various roundabouts at each end.
